|
|
Karen,
leader of the Karen Mullally Band, is the lead
vocalist and guitarist and the writer of the
band's original material. Karen got
her
first guitar
at age
5.
It
was a
kid's
guitar
with Roy Rogers

She
didn't
know how
to play it, but that didn't stop her...She banged
away at the out-of-tune strings for hours until
someone finally gave her lessons and
a better guitar... Karen
got her start playing club gigs with rock and
R&B bands in San Diego during college. Later
she took her act on the road in L.A., San Francisco
Bay
Area, Hawaii, Mid-West and the Pacific Northwest.
Her songs, "Amelia"
and "All I Really Want" have been aired on KWIP in Oregon
and other radio stations and she has
performed on L.A. based Public television. She has
two CDs out: "First Impressions" and "Watch You
Shine ".
